Information you provide

When you request service, the website may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or town, a description of the door problem, and any photos or videos you choose to upload. We use this information to review the request, respond to you, and schedule service when appropriate.

Website measurement and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits, measure advertising performance, and record actions such as page views, service-request link clicks, phone or email link clicks, and completed service requests. These services may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies and may receive information about your browser, device, approximate location, referring page, and activity on this website.

During a visit, the website stores the first landing page and referring page in session storage. If you submit a service request, this source information is included with the request so Almeida Group can understand how you found the website.

Service-request contact details, service descriptions, and uploaded files are not included in the advertising events sent by this website.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Service requests and optional uploads are processed through Google services. Website measurement is provided by Google Analytics and Meta. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Text messaging

If you separately choose to receive text messages, Almeida Group Inc may send customer-care and service coordination messages about your request. These may include answers to questions, requested follow-up information, appointment details, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Choosing text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving service.

We record whether you selected the text-message consent box, the time of that selection, the version of the consent language, and the page where the request was submitted. Mobile information is used only to provide the communication you requested and to maintain consent and opt-out records.

We do not sell text-message consent records or share them for another company's marketing. Google and Twilio may process those records only as service providers acting on our instructions to operate the messaging program, maintain consent, and honor opt-out requests. In this policy, those processors are not treated as third parties receiving the information for their own use.

Carrier-required privacy disclosure: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
